Finding a Host or Housemate is just one of the steps to get an Individualised Living Option in place. There are 4 steps to get an Individualised Living Option in place and My Supports can assist you through the process.

Sign up to WayHome for free to start your search for potential Hosts and Housemates! This is a great way tounderstand if an Individualised Living Option is an option for you.
Home & Living Form
To be eligible for an Individualised Living Option you will need an approved or submitted Home and Living Form. Your Home & Living Form must be approved before a living arrangements can be put in place.
Exploration & Design
In Exploration and Design, you explore the further details of how you want to live. Think about your day-to-day living, do you want to live with a host or a housemate, what kind of supports do you need? This stage can take some time and you will need a host or housemate to proceed. This is where WayHome comes in and provides a place for you to find a Host or Housemate.
Service Proposal
Once a connection is made and both parties want to start a living arrangement, we will start the Individualised Living process through NDIS registered provider My Supports.
In the service proposal we gather all the information regarding what services and supports are going to be included in the quote. Think about help in the house.
Start a Living Arrangement
Time for the keys! Your Neighbourhood Team Leader will be in touch with you monthly to make sure both parties are happy and comfortable in their new arrangement.
WayHome is a tool created by registered provider My Supports and to get the best out of your ILO, the first 12 months of all arrangements will be implemented and managed by My Supports.
